• From 1st of January until 22d of May and from 1st of October until 31st of December, one night will be offered for any bookings of 6 nights or more. The offer is valid only for the standard rates and for reservations made through our website.
• For high and peak season, a minimum stay of 4 nights may be requested.
• Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss any special events or private parties you may wish to organise.

• We offer complimentary transfer services upon arrival and departure. To ensure timely and efficient service, kindly provide us with your arrival time and boat name at least one day prior to your arrival date. For departure transfer service, please contact the reception at the hotel.
• We are also happy to help with any car rental services if required.
• Please note check in time is 15.00 and check out time 11.00.
• The hotel can offer luggage storage facilities if needed.

• No fee will be charged for cancellation prior to 15 days of your confirmed date of arrival.
• For cancellation between 7 to 15 days, prior to your arrival, results in a charge of 50% of the cost of total stay.
• For cancellation between 1 to 7 days, results in a charge of 100% of the stay.
• No show or departure prior to the schedule day results in a charge of 100% of the cost of total stay.

Our business follows/respects the “Privacy Policy” under the new Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament.

Fee is not included in the price. It is paid in cash, upon check out, and is returned in full to the State.

• For stays from March to September, the Fee is €3/night.
• For stays from October to February, the Fee is €1,5/night.
